Title: What Is Challenge Of The Month?
Description: Rules and how it works

Every month, a new item to make will be listed. Think about how many you think you can do that month, and go for it! For example, let's say the month's item is scarves. I challenge myself to make 15 scarves by the end of the month. When I'm done with my scarves, I send them to whichever charity I want.

No challenges have started yet, hopefully some will soon. When they do, there are just a few rules:

1. Items made before the first of the month don't count. Neither do items you started working on before the first of the month. In other words, don't start working on the challenge until midnight on the first day of the month.

2. When you decide to join the challenge, add a post to that challenge's thread, and say how many of that item you're going to try to make. If you can, keep us posted on your progress.

3. At the end of each month, a new thread will be started listing that month's winners. To be a winner doesn't mean you made more than anybody else, it means you reached or exceeded your goal. While we don't have prizes, unfortunately, you should get a great sense of accomplishment.

4. If you come across a challenge you're interested in that's already started, jump in! Set yourself a goal and get stitching; but only the items you've made AFTER you set your goal count, you don't get to count the items you made earlier in that month.
